Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating. I was raised in Waller County. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. My work experience hasn't always been in real estate. I spent years in professional printing before working for Waller ISD for 18 years, gaining a ton of friends including co-workers and former students all the while putting on local benefits to help people in the community, I was also a former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years before retiring; it is only natural that I is able to combine my love of Waller, and surrounding counties with the love of wanting to help people, to now developing a successful real estate business. Tanya has had a wide range of experience in life to name a few:

Born and raised in Houston, Texas! Married in the 70,s and opened a pawn shop. And moved to the country in the 80,s to raise horses. In the 90,s moved to Cypress to get closer to Houston and continued to groom animals and go to real estate school.

Raised and showed Cutting Horses in the 80's. Still has Horses in Waller County at her ranch with her daughter and grandchildren. Now it is time for grandkids to enjoy the art of riding.

Veterinary assistant and pet grooming in the 90,s was so rewarding! She even has done a c_section on a mare with one of the veterinarians. Now that was a one of a kind experience!

Condo living in New York City during the diaster of 2001 was an experience of a life time! New York is an exciting city and working in Real Estate was a great experience there.

3 years of acting experience in Louisiana thru 2007 to 2009. Was in major 14 films , as a feature extra , she worked closely with actors , Queen Latina, Katy Holmes, Samuel Jackson, Jessica Simpson, Andy Dick , Denzel Washington just to name a few.

Tanya career in Real Estate has along history. To be exact,21 years experience in the residential field with waterfront properties being her favorite. Tanya has had 3 state license in real estate.
